Terms and Conditions of Faz1Bet – General Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any service available on the platform Faz1Bet (faz1bet.best), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not create an account or use the services.

Acceptance of these terms is unambiguously expressed at the time of registration, when the user checks the corresponding confirmation box. Continued use of the platform following any update to these terms constitutes automatic acceptance of the new conditions.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To create an account on Faz1Bet and use its services, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age;
• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid CPF;
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration;
• Not have been previously removed or banned from the Faz1Bet platform;
• Not be acting on behalf of third parties — each account represents solely the registered individual.

A Faz1Bet reserves the right to request identity documents (national ID, driver's license, or passport) and proof of address at any time. Failure to provide these documents within the requested timeframe may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of the account.

3. Your Account

3.1 Single Account

Each user may hold only one account on Faz1Bet, identified by the registered CPF. Creating multiple accounts using the same CPF or another person's details is a serious violation of these terms and will result in the immediate closure of all accounts involved, as well as the forfeiture of all balances and any winnings.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials (email and password) confidential. The Faz1Bet recommends using strong, unique passwords and enabling the two-factor authentication available in your account settings. 3.3 Data Updates

It is the user's responsibility to keep their registration details up to date. Changes to address, phone number, or Pix key must be reported to Faz1Bet before submitting any withdrawal request to avoid delays or funds being sent to the wrong recipient.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

A Faz1Bet accepts the following deposit methods, all processed exclusively in BRL:

• Pix — credited within 10 seconds, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week;
• Boleto bancário — credited within up to 2 business days after payment;
• Credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard) — subject to issuer approval;
• PicPay — instant credit via direct integration;
• Mercado Pago — processed within up to 30 minutes;
• TED Transfer — available for Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and other participating institutions.

The minimum amount per deposit is R$ 10.00. Faz1Bet does not charge deposit fees, but your financial institution may apply its own fees depending on the method used.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed exclusively via Pix, to the key registered under the same CPF as the account at Faz1Bet. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 30.00 and the processing time is up to 15 minutes for verified accounts.

Before making their first withdrawal, the user must complete the identity verification (KYC) process by submitting a valid government-issued photo ID and a recent proof of address. The review is completed within 24 hours by the Faz1Bet compliance team.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by Faz1Bet are subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer. The following principles apply to all promotions unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Each bonus is valid for a single use per account, CPF, and IP address;
• The standard rollover is 30 times the bonus amount — sports bets with minimum odds of 1.50 or wagers on eligible slots count toward the rollover;
• Bonuses are valid for 30 calendar days from the date of credit — any unused bonus balance after this period is automatically removed from the account;
• Withdrawing a bonus balance before meeting the rollover requirement will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any winnings derived from it;
• A Faz1Bet reserves the right to cancel promotions or bonuses if abuse, multiple accounts, or fraudulent activity is suspected.

6. Sports Betting

Sports betting at Faz1Bet cover football (Brasileirão Série A and B, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Sul-Americana, and international competitions), MMA and UFC, basketball (NBB), volleyball, tennis, e-sports, and other sports available on the platform. The following rules apply:

• Bets are final once confirmed by the system — review all details before confirming;
• In the event of a cancellation or suspension of an event, single bets are refunded and the cancelled selection is removed from accumulator bets with the odds recalculated accordingly;
• A Faz1Bet reserves the right to suspend markets or void bets in the event of obvious pricing errors (clearly incorrect odds);
• Live bets are subject to broadcast delays — Faz1Bet may void bets placed after the event that triggered the bet has already occurred in real time;
• The use of automated tools (bots) to place bets is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.

7. Casino & Slots

The casino games available on Faz1Bet — including slots, live casino, crash games, and table games — use Random Number Generators (RNG) certified by independent auditors. Results are entirely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated.

• The RTP (Return to Player) for each slot is displayed on the game page before any bet is placed;
• A verified technical malfunction voids the result of the affected round — no winnings are paid out in confirmed cases of technical error;
• Progressive jackpots are paid to the account balance in BRL, with no currency conversion, within up to 72 hours after the result is verified;
• Demo mode is available for most titles — winnings obtained in demo mode have no real value and cannot be withdrawn.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on Faz1Bet, and will subject the user to immediate account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Creating more than one account per CPF or using a third party's personal details;
• Any form of money laundering, including depositing and immediately withdrawing funds without any actual gaming activity;
• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform;
• Attempting to exploit technical errors or bugs for financial gain;
• Combining bets with inside knowledge of outcomes (match-fixing);
• Sharing your account with third parties or selling account access to others;
• Use of VPN or proxies to bypass geographic or account restrictions.

A Faz1Bet fully cooperates with Brazilian legal authorities in investigations related to fraud, money laundering, and any other illicit activity identified on the platform.

9. Account Closure

9.1 Account Closure by the User

You can request the closure of your account at Faz1Bet at any time by contacting support. Available balances (excluding bonuses with an unmet rollover) will be returned via Pix to your registered key within up to 5 business days after the request is confirmed.

9.2 Closure by Faz1Bet

A Faz1Bet may close or suspend an account at any time, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances: breach of these terms, suspected fraud, unlawful activity, provision of false information, or refusal to complete the identity verification process.

10. Limitation of Liability

A Faz1Bet is not liable for losses resulting from:

• Betting decisions made by the user based on information obtained outside the platform;
• Service interruptions caused by force majeure, third-party infrastructure issues, or duly communicated scheduled maintenance;
• Unauthorized access to a user's account resulting from the user's own negligence in safeguarding their credentials;
• Banking processing delays beyond Faz1Bet's control when clearing deposits made via boleto or TED.

In all cases of proven technical failure attributable exclusively to Faz1Bet, the platform's liability is limited to the value of the bets directly affected by the error.

11. Privacy & LGPD

The processing of personal data by Faz1Bet is fully governed by the General Data Protection Law (Lei nº 13.709/2018). Data collected is used exclusively for:

• Creation and management of the user account;
• Processing of financial transactions (deposits and withdrawals);
• Identity verification (KYC) and anti-money laundering compliance;
